Order Processing Time
- All products are handcrafted
- Orders are processed within 3–7 business days
- Processing times may be slightly longer during peak seasons or for custom items
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (when available).
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to:
- European Union
- United Kingdom
- United States
- Rest of the World
If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us before placing your order.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and begin after dispatch:
- EU: 3–7 business days
- United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
- United States: 7–14 business days
- Rest of the World: 10–21 business days
Delays may occur due to customs clearance, local postal services, holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Delivery destination
- Package size and weight
- Shipping fees are not included in product prices unless clearly stated otherwise
Customs, Duties & Taxes
- Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees
- These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost
- The customer is responsible for any customs-related charges imposed by their country
Tracking Information
- Most shipments include tracking
- Tracking details will be sent via email once your order is dispatched
- Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to become active
Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments
- Please inspect your order upon delivery
- If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours and include photos of:
- The damaged item
- The packaging
- While we are not responsible for delays or damage caused by shipping carriers, we will assist you in resolving the issue whenever possible
Incorrect Shipping Address
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information
- We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout
- Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment
