Order Processing Time

  • All products are handcrafted
  • Orders are processed within 3–7 business days
  • Processing times may be slightly longer during peak seasons or for custom items

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (when available).

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • European Union
  • United Kingdom
  • United States
  • Rest of the World

If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us before placing your order.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and begin after dispatch:

  • EU: 3–7 business days
  • United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
  • United States: 7–14 business days
  • Rest of the World: 10–21 business days

Delays may occur due to customs clearance, local postal services, holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
    • Delivery destination
    • Package size and weight
  • Shipping fees are not included in product prices unless clearly stated otherwise

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees
  • These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost
  • The customer is responsible for any customs-related charges imposed by their country

Tracking Information

  • Most shipments include tracking
  • Tracking details will be sent via email once your order is dispatched
  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to become active

Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery
  • If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours and include photos of:
    • The damaged item
    • The packaging
  • While we are not responsible for delays or damage caused by shipping carriers, we will assist you in resolving the issue whenever possible

Incorrect Shipping Address

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information
  • We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout
  • Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment
