At SpiroWood, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our handmade wooden products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund policy below.

Returns (EU Customers – Right of Withdrawal)

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection law.

Conditions:

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition
  • Items must be returned in original packaging
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Made-to-order items with specific customer requests
  • Gift cards
  • Items damaged due to improper use or care

Returns (Non-EU Customers)

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective items
  • Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery
  • Photo evidence of the issue is required

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos of:
    • The item
    • The packaging
  • Once approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Refund processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund:

  2. Contact your credit card company
  3. Contact your bank or payment provider

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange, contact us at info@spirowood.com with details and photos.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service
  • We are not responsible for lost return shipments

Natural Material Disclaimer

Our products are handcrafted from natural wood. Natural variations in color, grain, and texture are not considered defects.
